With over 35 years in the mortgage industry, Julie brings a wealth of experience to her clients. She started in the banking industry, transferred to the mortgage division, and promptly discovered mortgage lending is where her passion lies. She’s worked in underwriting, quality control, processing, closing, and loan origination. Her comprehensive background allows her to advise her clients with expertise. 

On a personal level, you will find Julie to be friendly, straightforward, honest, and extremely dedicated to her clients. She is able to communicate complex mortgage terms in simple, clear language. Julie shares the best part of her job is seeing the excitement of first-time buyers at closing making their dream a reality.

Michigan homebuyers can save on closing costs and get up to $10,000 in a no-interest down payment assistance loan through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. This program can be used in conjunction with other lending programs, contact Julie or other lenders for details.*

First Time Home Buyer and Government Programs

If you can afford rent, you may be able to own. We have low and no down payment options, including FHA, VA, and Rural Development loans.*

Community Heroes Program

This adjustable rate mortgage is available to teachers, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, police officers, and fire fighters. You will be able to borrow up to 99% of the home purchase value. This product also offers reduced mortgage insurance costs.*

FHLB

As a member bank with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, we have access to a number of down payment assistance programs, grant programs, and a Rate Advantage Program offering below market interest rates to qualified borrowers. Some programs are contingent upon funding availability so reach out to Julie or one of our other experienced lenders for program details.*
