Whether you are using your MySNB Mobile App or you have the SecurLOCK Equip free app, YOU are in control of your card.
How to Get Started
- MySNB Mobile App
- Log into your app
- Select the More Option
- Choose Card Controls
- Enable your card
- SecurLOCK Equip App
- Navigate to your app store on your mobile device
- Search for SecurLOCK Equip and download the app
- Register your card
Features
- Switch Card On/Off – Lock or unlock your card with a single touch.
- Instant Transaction Alerts – Act instantly on real-time transaction alerts.
- Location Control – Limit your card activity by location, either keeping your card active only if it’s used near your current location or limit usage to a region on a map. Cards can also be turned on or restricted for international charges.
- Restrict Merchant Categories – Turn on/off different merchant categories (grocery, retail, gas, etc.) to control which types of places your card can be used.
- Control Transaction Types – Set which types of transactions (ATM transactions, online purchases, etc.) you will allow.
- Set Spending Limits – Set a maximum dollar amount for individual transactions.
