Keweenaw Financial Corporation, and its subsidiary Superior National Bank, is excited to announce the completion of the previously announced acquisition of North Star Financial Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary Main Street Bank.
The combination of the two organizations creates a stronger bank with greater resources and expertise to support the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We are expecting to combine our operations in the second half of 2020.
